It is exciting to be standing at the threshold of what God is doing. God has the church moving forward on a journey that started more than ten years ago. The total scope of the project will involve two phases. In the first phase of construction, we will build a worship center which seats 750 worshippers in a modern state of the art facility. The seating will be arranged in a fan configuration which promotes great sight lines and brings the worshippers closer to together.
The entire complex will have three drive through portico’s which will provide all weather loading and unloading for worshippers. There are seven entrances into the auditorium complex. It does not matter where a worshipper chooses to park; it will be a short walk to a comfortable seat.
The stage area has been designed with a choir area for 81 choir members, an area for the orchestra, space for praise teams, and a large platform area for preaching. The worship center will have a state of the art audio and video system plus intelligent lighting.
Realizing the importance of fellowship, there will be a large foyer designed with seating areas to facilitate visiting with friends before and after the services. A bride’s room, library/book store, and welcome center are all designed to meet those special interested.
Furthermore we will have space to house two SundaySchools, an AWANA/children ministry, youth ministry, prayer room, refreshment areas, and a court yard area that will certainly be a popular area.
Phase two will be the construction of a 26,578 square feet FamilyLifeCenter which will enhance the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the church family and community. Some of the general uses will be basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and walking. Also, there will be additional space built for youth and adults. There will be a large fellowship area and kitchen.
